Judaic studies include study of Torah, the Hebrew language, Shabbat and holidays. There is also a focus on Mitzvahs, Tefillah, Kashrut, Brachot and Medinat Yisrael.

The Language Arts curriculum emphasizes reading, comprehension, print, and sounds. Also with a focus on writing habits, purpose, language use, listening and speaking skills.
Mathematics focuses on Algebra, Geometry, Functions, & Statistics at appropriate levels. Studies include measurement, & probability concepts, along with mathematical processes.
This program teaches a variety of concepts in Physical, Life, Earth, and Space Science. Introduction in the use of scientific thinking, tools and technologies is also included.
The Social Studies curriculum includes American History, World Georgraphy, Physical Geography, Economics and Government at grade appropriate levels.
A variety of optional elective subjects are offered to enhance the curriculum. These include music, art, theater, dance, chess, and foreign languages.

The Solomon Schechter Day School of Las Vegas provides an outstanding secular education in a dynamic Jewish setting.
